So what do we provide to you as a client?

We provide an umbrella company service, and we also provide you with so much more. Our service is comprehensive and all inclusive and offers a total solution for contractors wishing to take advantage of the limited company payment structure without all the hassle. The following features and benefits are included in our management fee. We do everything for you — so you don’t have to!

Company Set UP / Close Down

We take care of this entire administration process and assign you to one of the limited companies that we manage on your behalf:

1.	NO Start up costs
2.	NO exit/close down costs

Ongoing Administration

1.	Invoicing of agency
2.	Collection of money from agency
3.	Payment of net salary to personal bank account
4.	Questions, queries etc answered by a member of staff within 24 hours of receipt (most often same day)

Payment of Salary

1.	Individual circumstances assessed, individual salary packaging model created to ensure minimum tax payment.
2.	ALL expenses processed as tax free portion of income (when accompanied by original receipts)
3.	Calculation of statutory taxes and contributions
4.	Payment of net salary by CHAPS (free of charge) into personal bank account
5.	Payment of net salary on the same day funds are received from agency
6.	Transfer of funds to nominated bank account
7.	Transfer of funds to overseas nominated bank account (limited to twice a month)
8.	No invoice — no fee
