Most contracts that are now issued by recruitment agencies stipulate that the limited company that you contract through must have cover for Employers Liability, Public Liability and Professional Indemnity.

Contracting through CXC will provide you with the following cover on all contracts*:

- Professional Indemnity — £1,000,000
- Public Liability — £1,000,000
- Employers Liability — £10,000,000

CXC are more than happy to provide the insurance certificates and documents to the agency if requested.
